typically PPM gets the data once per day/night (e.g. a data extraction and loading run at night) but different scenarios are considerable. If you need more detailed information on how to handle the PPM extractors, have a look at the documentation - especially at the extractor handling. If this is not sufficient, just sent me a message so that we find additional support to handle your request.
