To all MashZone test drivers who are looking for the license key

I received several questions on where to find the license key to work with the free MashZone version. Here is how it works:

Step 1: Get an ARIS Community account
Click on: "View your profile"
Click on: "Get free ARIS MashZone license"
Copy the license key

Step 2: Go back to MashZone
In the main navigation click on "Home"
In the main navigation click on: "Administration"
Click on "Licensing"
Click on: "Add new license key"
Paste the license key

Hi, When I follow the instructions above I receive the following error:

The license key "...." does not include a valid ARIS MashZone license.

Any idea how to get a valid license?

Hi Ren,

you probably have not copied the complete license key from your user profile page. Make sure to copy the complete key and don't insert any line breaks.

Note: Don't post license keys here. We have removed the key from your comment above.

Hi Sebastian,

I have copied the complete key. I posted the full error message with the key to show this. I just now copied each line and joined it together to ensure there are no inserted line breaks. I have copied all 4 lines within the, your license key box. Same error.

Can someone email me a new key to my registered email or provide a solution?
