OCS launched a ‘Process Orientated Transformation Programme’ 3 years ago. Steve's presentation will let you understand the journey undertaken to realise business benefits starting from process design, SAP Implementation and delivery of sustainable change. 

Balaz's presentation will give an overview about the implementation of Process Intelligence at DIAGEO Business Services Center including the difficulties, milestones, learnings and future prospects.
 

I will give you a short introduction with a live demo. We start at 9:30 and end at 12:15 with a lunch. Entrance is free of charge. At each stop, you will receive our roadshow book with articles on Process Intelligence.
