The ITIL Process Map is the starting point for all drill-down activities within the ARIS ITIL Reference Model. The Process Map structures all ITIL V3 processes and functions along the different ITIL Service Lifecycle Phases. For all processes and functions more detailed models depicting further information have been assigned.
